We have recently had some very specific (and a little strange) dietary requirements from one of our Board Members. You handled it gracefully and creatively.
The Board of Commissioners as well as our CEO was very complimentary of the presentation, variety and taste.

Everything was pure perfection! Honestly, the turkey and the greens were the best I have ever had and everything else was delicious as well. Jennifer and Louise were fabulous, as usual, and left my kitchen spotless. I could not have been more pleased! Thank you, Debra, for working with me so patiently on the menu – it was all my son’s favorites and it was a huge success. Take care and I will call you in August to discuss our September10th party.
