January 12th Supper Club Menu
Take Thursday night off and let us do the cooking! Relax, have a glass of wine (or two!) and enjoy the delectable dishes Chef Jenny has put together for this week's Thursday Supper Club. The cost is still $20 for adults and $10 for children, which includes everything on the menu plus a glass of lemonade, tea or water.
We are now featuring wine selections from Shooting Star, a California winery owned by Ponte Vedra Beach resident Jed Steele.
The menu for the January 12th Thursday Supper Club is below:
truffle scented cream of celery soup
cornmeal dusted trout with ginger tomato jam
braised short ribs
four cheese mac
butter poached parsnips
swiss chard with candied bacon and smoked almonds
dutch apple caramel pie
